Recording Studio Communications:

For general enquiries about the recording studio days we offer we recommend that you telephone between 10 and 5 on weekdays, or email us. If you have technical enquiries you may need to speak to engineering staff by appointment, but for most general enquiries reception will also be able to help.

If you call and no-one answers, by all means leave a message and continue to call - as we are a recording studio, there are often times when all staff will be in the studio, but we do value your call, so please be patient. Alternatively, email us and we will reply as soon as we read your enquiry.

If you wish to send us audio or image files, please send us a form and we will reply with the email address for this purpose. Alternatively you may ftp larger files to us on request, or post them on a CD.

When you receive your voucher, you will also receive a letter with our land address and an email contact for direct emailing. At the point of booking, you will be sent a land map to let you know how to find the studio from the nearest town. If you supply us with your landline number and mobile number we can stay in touch with you more directly, and give you directions to ensure a prompt arrival.

If you need to cancel an appointment for health reasons, or anything unavoidable, please call us as soon as you know to re-schedule. We are very flexible, and would rather you came on a day when you were likely to record at your best.
